I didn't believe it but he knows his stuffI saw the author on CNBC, talking about how investors could spend 5 minutes reading financial statements and understand stocks like Lucent, WorldCom, Enron. This is a really good book. The examples are easy to understand, the concepts make a lot of sense. Like a lot of people, I'm not a professional investor and my stocks are taking a bath. I don't know if this book could have prevented that but I have some better ideas of what to look for now.

A good book for definitions, but disappointing in substanceI was disappointed in this book because it provides ten minute definitions and very little practical or useful insite.
Harry Potter the sorcerer stoneHarry Potter is a good book, but it is not the best book I've ever read. I liked how the characters were described. For example Harry Potter is described as having black and scraggly hair. I would recomend this book to anybody who likes adventure books.
