I have used Nolo Press books in the past and found them extremely helpful, detailed and precise. So, I was excited to find this title which sounded like it was exactly what I was looking for. And it is just as good as any of the other Nolo Press titles I have seen, so I was very disappointed to find this statement on page 2 of the introduction..."If you have any non-owner employers in your business, this book is not for you." It would have been more helpful if the sample pages had included the introduction, which clearly lays out the intended audience and use of this book. That said, I recommend this to other self-employed people because every option is clearly laid out for your consideration, along with good instructions for taking action on your decisions. It could be called "Retirement Plans for Not-So-Dummies."

I was asked to do a Career Development Class recently. I had to search for wookbooks and material to do my research with, so that I can give this training session some serious consideration. This is the first time I will offer this type of training session. This book was a real eye opener for myself. It is easy reading. It will guide you step by step in the career development guidelines. Anyone who is considering changing careers or just looking to upgrade their current skills should use this workbook to help them with their choices and outlook in the job market. It will help you become more in tune to WHO YOU ARE! Wonderful, wonderful.

The author has taken his knowledge of stratigic planning for corporations and states them in a manner that professionals can utilize the process concerning careers. The stratigic process can be applied to career growth, personal life, business development or financial planning.

It's a shame that Amazon sells products from scam artists such as Brad Richdale. Myself and many others have lost enormous amounts of money through his internet advertising scheme without hopes of ever getting our original investments refunded, some as much as $$$. Mr. Richdale is currently under investigation by several government agencies. Help put these crooks out of business for good - don't buy their products!

I have read a number of motivational authors from Tom Peters, through Steven Covey, Og Mandino, John Keyhoe, Paul J Meyer's SMI and Napoleon Hill amongst others. I have found practical immediately applicable solutions to creating financial independence. I have and still am going over them again and again, until the principles become second nature to me. I desperately need contact details (e-mail / fax) to reach Brad's office regarding one vital follow up action. Highly recommended - Andrew Carnegie and Napoleon Hill would be proud.
