This is the first book that really explains the theory and practice behind using Activity Based Costing within SAP. This book does not suffer fools - it requires active reading and reflection. Nonetheless, the reader will be rewarded with excellent graphics and useful number examples. Particularly important is the segue to the real heart of advanced costing in SAP (of which ABC is a part), RCA or Resource Consumption Accounting. Excellent information of the mechanics the SAP templates (the truly groundbreaking functionality within SAP-ABC).

Don't waste your valuable time with this one. When the suggestions are "Move to a state with lower death taxes" (#969), "don't let your kids watch Saturday morning cartoons" (448), and "recycle your knee-high socks into ankle-length by cutting them" (248), I would venture to guess that most people would not find these "tips" practical. One tip (489) even suggests to invite grandparents to visit often because they'll bring presents for your kids! Almost all of the good tips (there are a few) are common-sense ways to cut expenses like use coupons, buy off-season, etc. Just look at how many people are selling this book "used" to see how helpful it is.

This excellent book by Jonathan Pond will provide you with 1001 practical ways (that you won't find anywhere else) to reduce expences and to invest or expand your lifestyle.

I also recommend "The Courage To Be Rich", "The Laws of Money" and "9 Steps to Financial Freedom" by Suze Orman.

When I came across this book I was out of work and deeply in debt. Thanks to the tips in "101 ways" I found many ways to dig myself out of debt and into financial freedom.

Great book. Highly recommended.

Well, if everyone keeps good records & update their check books/statements, pay on time, save $, shop smart, buy less, invest more wisely, we can all be well off!

Good Book for the thought. Keeps you focused on exact budget instead of impulse spending.

My wife and I squabbled for years over who was spending too much. There never seemed to be enough money, no matter how much we both earned. After reading this book, we were able to budget effectively for this first time. And it doesn't take that much time. What's best is we have more money left over, and we don't argue about money anymore!

This is a great book for anyone who want to save money while at the same time grow your personal investments. There are some great tips within the pages of this terrific advise filled book. Personally I have learned to put away more money each months with this tips and leaned to cut my expenses and grow my portfolio. A definite buy.
